Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my order once I receive it?

A: If you encounter issues with your order, such as damages or incorrect parts, promptly contact us with documentation of the problem. For damaged items, it’s imperative to file a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) within 48 hours of delivery. Once the claim is evaluated, we can proceed with sending replacement parts.

 

Q: Are the parts insured ?
A: Yes, all parts dispatched are fully insured. We recommend inspecting the products thoroughly before signing for delivery. If any damage is detected, do not sign and contact us immediately.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after payment ?
A: Typically, our production process takes between 1 to 2 weeks to complete. However, please note that larger dry carbon fiber kits may require up to 3 weeks for production if they are not available in stock. In contrast, our PP body kits are always kept in stock, and we can dispatch them within approximately 3 days of receiving your order.

Once the production is complete, shipping time varies depending on the destination. For express or air shipping to airport locations, you can expect delivery to take around one week. If you are in Europe, we usually ship by train, which allows for delivery directly to your door. This process takes roughly 4 to 6 weeks. However, if you are located in countries where Russian is the primary language, the shipping time is generally shorter, averaging about 3 weeks.

When shipping to the USA and Canada, we typically use sea freight services, which can take approximately 6 to 8 weeks for delivery to your door.
If we encounter any challenges in reproducing the parts to our high standards, it may take an additional 2 weeks for us to ensure that everything meets our quality requirements. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with the best products possible.

Q: What is injection PP mean ?
A: Injection PP refers to parts produced using polypropylene plastic material through injection molding. These parts utilize the same molds and materials as original bumpers, ensuring high-quality construction and a proper fit often referred to as "plug and play."

Q: Can I order parts that are painted ?
A: We do not offer painted options due to the high risk of scratches during shipping. We suggest having the parts painted locally after receipt.

Q: How can I confirm compatibility with my vehicle ?
A: If you're uncertain about whether a product will fit your car, please reach out to us directly and send pictures of your vehicle (front, back, and overall view) for confirmation.


Q: What should I do if l receive a product which l can not fit on my car ?
A: If the product does not fit your vehicle, please contact us immediately. We are committed to assisting with installation challenges.


Q:What are FRP, GLOSSY CF, MATTE CF, FORGED CF, RED CF, YELLOW CF DRY CF & SEMI-CF mean ?

  • FRP: Fiber Reinforced Polymer (Fiberglass)
  • GLOSSY CF: Wet glossy carbon fiber (made via vacuum)
  • MATTE CF: Wet carbon fiber without a glossy finish
  • FORGED CF: A unique marble-like design associated with forged carbon fiber
  • RED CF: Carbon fiber dyed red
  • YELLOW CF: Carbon fiber dyed yellow
  • DRY CF: Pre-impregnated carbon fiber manufactured under high pressure (autoclave)
  • SEMI-CF: A blend of carbon fiber and fiberglass that is unpainted.


Q: Do you have real products pictures, not just the stock photos (white) ?

Q: What are the TÜV Regulations in different countries ?
A: TÜV registration and professional installation can be accommodated across various locations. However, buyers should familiarize themselves with the legal requirements in their respective countries, as individual inspections might be mandated. Ensuring your vehicle adheres to local regulations related to safety and approval is the buyer's responsibility.
