Delivery Areas We deliver to Germany, all 26 EU member states, and selected international countries worldwide.

Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks from the shipping date. For international deliveries outside the EU, longer transit times may apply.

Shipping Costs All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Delays In exceptional circumstances (e.g. customs clearance, force majeure), delays may occur. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any significant delay.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
